Live Chat is an interactive online messaging system that allows you to talk directly with a Registration assistant. 

How will Live Chat help me?

Use Live Chat to ask questions concerning International Foundation educational programs, registration status, hotel availability, or attendance.

Is Live Chat the best way to have my question answered?

Brief and simple questions are appropriate for Live Chat and may be answered while chatting. Lengthy or complex questions are best submitted via email (edreg@ifebp.org) or phone (888-334-3327, option 2.)

Can I use Live Chat to ask questions about membership, CEBS or other International Foundation services?

No. Staff members in the appropriate departments can best answer your questions. Please use our Contact Us e-mail form or visit the related area in our web site for contact information.

Will I receive a transcript of our conversation?

Yes, you will be able to request that a transcript be emailed to you.

When is Live Chat available?

Registration assistants will be available for Live Chat during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5 PM CST Monday through Friday. If Live Chat is closed or unavailable, you will be able to submit your question via email.
